Flower Garden - Gaillardia

Easy to Grow

Blanket Flowers

Today I'd like to show you my Gaillardia flowers also commonly called Blanket Flowers.  I'd say this is an extremely hardy perennial.  This is a flower that blooms all summer and winter long here in Central Florida.  I was very glad to have these gorgeous flowers still blooming this winter.

Flower Arrangement with Hibiscus and Gaillardia

Beautiful Flower Arrangement with Gaillardia Flowers

My husband was in the hospital for a few days and I gathered a few things from the trails and my flower garden. I created my first flower arrangement using leaves and flowers from our property. Some palm leaves, ferns, sycamore leaves, Spanish needles flowers, and tiny wild roses from along the trails. The canna lily leaves, hibiscus flowers, and the gaillardia flowers from my garden.
